Chemical tempering furnace is the equipment that enhances the strength of glass through ion exchange process. It is a key equipment for achieving high performance of glass, especially in the field of thinness, high light transmittance, high-precision, high-strength and complex shapes for chemically tempered glass.
Equipment overview:
The tempering furnace adopts a single tank structure, and one tempering line is connected to one washing line. A single tempering furnace production line consists of two preheating/slow cooling/turnover boxes, one tempering tank, and an automatic furnace entry and exit rail. The soaking production line consists of one hot water tank and one cold water tank, one upper turnover box, etc.
The whole machine is designed with automated process:
Automatically enter the furnace for preheating→ tempering→ salt dripping→ slow cooling→ exit the furnace automatically→ lift to the hot water soaking production line→ automatically enter the soaking water turnover box→ soak in hot water→ soak in cold water→ automatically discharge→ flow into the next process and repeat the above actions.
