PAVWM Series vertical glass washing machine includes glass inlet section, washing and drying section, inspecting and outlet section, tilting section and electrical control system. It is for washing and drying the glass sheet by vertical. It is convenient to loading and unloading glass, and its quality of washing and drying is better than common level glass washing and drying machine.

1. The main steel structure welded parts are treated with advanced vibration aging and natural aging (key parts), to minimize the material and weld internal stress, to ensure long-term mechanical precision.

2. Stainless steel material be adopted for main washing section, and acid-resistant rubber roller be used for all conveying rollers. The rollers can automatically adjust the spacing according to different glass thickness.

3. 6 brush water purification spray system, 8 rubber water wiping roller, three-stage cleaning, with pre-wash section and there is stainless steel partition plate in the cleaning chamber to prevent cross-contamination of the rotating water flow of the brush.

4. LOW-E glass automatic detection function, with special soft brush for Low-E glass washing, diameter of soft brush is 0.01mm.

5. Stainless steel and corrosion resistant materials be adopted for washing section and all water lines system, equipped with air heating device.

6. Air knife be equipped with water-mist separating device to eliminate the floating water mist (oil molecules) when the glass passes through air knife,

7. Special designed spraying system, with any angle adjustment, convenient cleaning and maintenance. Water tank be equipped with water heating system, which is recommended to use when the temperature is lower than 7℃.

8. Double-side polyurethane resin coated high-strength board be adopted for transmission backboard, strong corrosion resistance and good flatness.

9. Air knife with Germany Bystronic technology, air knife distance can be adjusted freely according to glass thickness.
