The double edging machine is designed and made for grinding and polishing the edge of flat glass. This equipment simultaneously handles two opposite glass edges with a thickness of 3 mm to 25 mm.

The bed is a complete-metal welded structure, assembled from hardened, steel rolling profiles, cooked with each other, is not subject to deformation for a long time, it contains fixed and mobile transport conveyors to work with different size of glass. 

Mobile conveyor slides according to a specially treated guide, resistant to the effects of the aquatic environment. Linear guides and ball-screw pairs work simultaneously, which allows the machine to work stably, with high accuracy, long service life, and also allow the high-precision moving of the movable part.

The design of the clamping conveyor allows you to equally well hold thin and thick glass. Glass moves inside the line by means of vehicle belts (corded polyurethane), moving along steel rollers.

3. CONTROL system

4. Automatic control of the lubrication system

The machine is equipped with a double system of automatic lubrication of all moving and rubbing elements. This system provides reliable and durable work.

5. COOLING SYSTEM

Cooling fluid (water) in the machines circulates along a closed contour. It is closed from the tank and with the help of the pump is fed to the processing zone.
