PAXB-471A (12 wheels) straight line beveling machine adopts the structure of chainless bearing, the spindles can be raised and lowered, which is a special equipment for beveled edge and bottom edge of flat glass or lens. This machine has a wide range of machining. It can grind at least 30 mm × 30 mm (1 ″× 1 ″) small glass, and the maximum processing width of beveled edge can reach 50 mm (2-3 ″ / 8). The control system is controlled by PLC and can be switched automatically and manually. The man-machine interface clearly displays various parameters such as glass thickness, bevel width and angle, remaining glass thickness and processing speed. The input and modification of parameters are intuitive, convenient and highly automatic. The transmission speed adopts frequency control, and the main drive motor adopts frequency control motor. It can grind the back plate on the machine, and is equipped with an automatic cleaning device for the back plate.
