The shuttle system can automatically supply glass for loading table. There is a glass feeding station for float glass unloading from truck then the shuttle equipment will automatically send the glasses with the rack to the position that required by the control system. After getting the instruction from the control system, the glasses with the rack will send to the loading area of cutting line. All the glass data such as dimension, thickness and color will be input the database then all the information can be shared with the central control system. The whole system with high degree of automation and it is safe and reliable.
1. This storage shuttle system move on two parallel guide rails, which is welded with H-beam and flat steel uses small gears and racks as transmission devices to ensure the accuracy of the system operation and avoid inertial slippage.
2. The shuttle car moving at Y axis uses SEW Motor and gear box and laser range finder to guarantee the accuracy of movement.
3. The glass racks in the storage area movement uses SEW motor & gear as drive system, which make sure stable running with accuracy.
4. Laser in front of the pulling equipment that can read out the accurate position of the pull hook. The pulling equipment will target the glass rack position under its guidance.
5. The shuttle equipment use pneumatic Anti- overturned devices and glass frame clamping device, which can freely move when it needs to take out glasses for optimizing the working cycle time.
