Desiccant filler fills both sides of the spacer frame simultaneously. This operation, like the subsequent automatic closure of the holes to pour in the desiccant, is performed electronically. A continuous height adjustment for the filling head is to suit all frame size. And the volume desiccant shall be controlled by touch screen.

Drilling, filling, and closing (with sealant) of two sides of frame with automatic adjustment to suit the profile width of the spacer frames. Drilling holes in the back of the profile allows profiles of different shapes and of different materials to be processed with Continuous height adjustment of the filling head according to the frame size.
