PAVI Glass Storage & Cutting System is brand new intelligent and fully automatic equipment for glass storage - loading -transferring - cutting system.

It combines functions of glass storage rack system and glass loading table, cutting table and breaking table.

It transfers float glass sheet to cutting table through software control with below advantages:

1. Intelligent storage data management can control and manage float glass effectively and prevent damage from sources;

Fully automatic control system(OPTION)

Automatic control system (option) is that the loading table and glass storage rack can communicate with cutting optimization software and ERP system. The automatic system can read the glass inventory information and cutting optimization files, ect. No need manually selecting and setting up the glass racks to the loading position, the system can pick up the correct glass that need to cut by reading the file from the cutting machine automatically. The system can realize the real-time communication of inventory information and ERP and optimize the cutting rate of glass, improved the automation.
